We prepare our Mojitos and other cocktails and smoothies using raw, organic cane sugar - and of course we serve the tastiest Club mountain coffee

Our chefs also make our own salsas and hot chilli sauce - our special marinade for char-grilled dishes includes fresh guava, chillies, ginger, honey and lime juice

we prepare all of our juicy tropical cocktails and smoothies with fresh fruits and juices. We blend fresh mango, passion fruit, guava, pineapple, strawberries and citrus juices with the very best rum - along with top tequilas from Mexico, Polish vodka and Brazilian cachaca
